个人信息出境情况说明

Synaptics Shanghai Co., Ltd. (including its branches and affiliates in China, collectively referred to as "Company" or “we” or “us”) attaches importance to the protection of personal information of its partners' contacts, and processes your personal information under the principles of legality and legitimacy, minimization and necessity, openness and transparency.

新突思电子科技（上海）有限公司（包括其中国分公司及关联公司，合称“公司”或“我们”）重视合作方联系人的个人信息保护，并按照合法正当、最小必要、公开透明等原则处理您的个人信息。

You acknowledge and agree that, as it is necessary for Synaptics Incorporated, the Company's headquarters in the U.S., and its global subsidiaries to manage and contact our partners, your personal information including name, phone number and company email address will be cross-border transferred through the partner management systems (Cognidox system and/or SalesForce system) and will be accessed by the related teams for the purpose of necessary communication and contact with you. We will retain your personal information during the period of cooperation with partners and will keep it for 7 years from the termination of the cooperation between both parties, or for the period stipulated in the contract signed by both parties (if any) or relevant applicable laws, whichever is the shortest.

您知悉并同意，基于公司美国总部Synaptics Incorporated及其全球子公司管理并联系合作方之必要，您作为公司合作方的联系人，您的个人信息包括姓名、电话及公司电子邮箱将通过公司的合作方管理系统（Cognidox系统和/或SalesForce系统）跨境传输至中国境外，并由上述主体的相关团队访问您的个人信息，以与您进行必要的沟通和联系。我们将在与合作方合作期间保存您的个人信息，并于双方合作结束起保存7年，或依据双方所签署的合同（如有）或相关适用法律规定的期限，以较短者为准。
