Customer Portal Sign-In Help
Synaptics is using Okta, an on-demand service that allows you to easily sign in to Synaptics customer portal through a single login.
Once you sign in, the Synaptics customer portal home page displays all your access in one location. Simply, click the corresponding icon and each icon opens in a new browser window or tab and you are automatically accessing Synaptics content.

Q: What should I do if I forget my username or password?
A: Synaptics employees, please use your SSO credentials. Non-Synaptics users (customers and partners), enter your company business email address and click Next, then click Forget password?, and then click Send me Email. Look in your inbox for the system generated email and follow the prompts. If you don't receive an email, please reach out to your Synaptics representative or cpsupport@synaptics.com.

Sign in to Synaptics Customer Portal

Open a web browser and enter the Synaptics customer portal address. For example:
https://cp.synaptics.com/saml/login

Enter your username (your company business email address) and click Next
Enter your password and click Verify. This is one time process to verify your account
Click on Forget password? if you forget your passwrod. Then click Send me an Email.
If your account exists, you will get an email with instuctions on how to recover and reset your password. If your account doesn't exist, please reach out to your Synaptics representative.
If you have never resgistered with Synaptics before, click on Sign Up and resgister for an account.

If you know your password, enter your password and click Verify. You will be reuqired to verify your password for the first time. Once your password is verified, you can login again and setup a second authentication method for added security.
Once your second authentication method is setup, you will be required to use it for login.

If you see the error message Sign in failed! your username and password do not match those specified for your profile, or you do not have access permission. Please contact your Synaptics representative.
